Doctors Remove A Long Nail From A Man's Head

Posted: Updated:

Doctors in China removed a long nail from a man's head.

According to reports, the nail became lodged in his head during an accident while decorating his home.

Doctors say the man, mister yang, did not realize the nail was in his head until he began to feel ill the next day.

CT scans of his head showed how deeply the nail had become lodged.

Doctors say the operation was extremely risky because a piece of yang's skull was removed to gain access to the brain.

Yang is now in stable condition and neither his eyesight nor any nerves were damaged in the procedure.
