Pope Francis approves of breastfeeding in church

Posted: Updated:

It's something new moms can sometimes feel uneasy about -- breastfeeding in public.

But Pope Francis says it's natural and they should have no worries about that -- even at church!

The pope baptized 32 babies in the Sistine Chapel on Sunday and told their mothers to have no qualms about breastfeeding them there.

He said quote "If they are hungry, mothers, feed them, without thinking twice because they are the most important people here."

this is said to be another example of the more down-to-earth style Pope Francis has introduced in the Vatican.
