Many drivers were forced to abandon their cars temporarily during the unexpected weather events in the South. One Georgia man took advantage of the icy roads and tried to nab himself a few new sets of wheels.
The man, Louis Mitchell, is charged with steeling a tow truck and posing as a tow truck driver, picking up various abandoned car.
"He thought the markings on the tow truck were suspicious it didn't have the marking we're used to and a temporary license plate," said Sergeant Greg Lyon from the Atlanta Police Department.
Police caught Mitchell while he was picking up his fourth vehicle.
