Jane Seymour: It's A Rough Day At The Office

Posted: Updated:

Jane Seymour guest-stars as a rather randy book publisher on the TBS comedy series, "Men At Work." but it's her appearance on a recent magazine cover that's got people taking notice.

Jane, who's 62, poses in a hot pink bikini on the January 13 cover of "Closer Weekly."  Yes, she's 62 and yes, she looks great in a bikini.

Jane tells the magazine that she hasn't gone to extraordinary lengths in an effort to maintain her youthful appearance.    "God, I'm in better shape now in some ways than I was when I was doing the Bond film," says Seymour, who starred in "Live and Let Die" back in 1973.  "I don't do major fasts or work out crazily every day. I hope I can inspire people! I just want to be as healthy as I can be for as long as I can."

Jane says she exercises for an hour a day, three days a week and that she does a combination of spinning, light weights and Gyrotonics, a machine-based method that blends stretching and strengthening exercises.  "The best thing about being 62 is being alive and healthy!" she says.
