U.S. warns travelers of flying on Caribbean Airlines

Posted: Updated:

The United States Embassy said it received an unconfirmed threat relating to Caribbean Airlines flights headed to the U.S. Monday.

The Embassy advises all citizens in Guyana traveling on Caribbean Airlines to the United States to make alternate travel arrangements.

Caribbean Airlines released a statement on its Facebook Page saying the company wishes to ensure passengers that extra security was added after the threat.

Orlando International Airport does not have Caribbean Airlines flights directly to or from Guyana.
