Five years after 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings disappeared, her family is continuing to honor her memory.
On Monday, Haleigh's grandmother and great grandmother presented a plaque at Browning Pearce Elementary School, the school Cummings went to in Putnam County.
It was placed in front of the tree they dedicated last year.
Six of Haleigh's former Kindergarten classmates were invited. They are now all in fifth grade.
Haleigh was last seen sleeping in her Palatka home where she lived with her father and his girlfriend, Misty Croslin.
Croslin told investigators she woke up in the middle of the night, saw the back door open and Haleigh gone.
Haleigh's great grandmother, Annette Sykes, said even though it's been five years, she still has hope.
"She will see this [tree] for herself and I know she'll be tickled. That was there, Haleigh's tree, and that will tickle her to death."
Investigators say they have not gotten any tips in more than a year, but are not giving up.
If you have any information on Haleigh's disappearance, you're asked to call the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
