ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Orange County deputy Jonathan Scott Pine was laid to rest on Saturday.

Hundreds of law enforcement officers from across the state were at the First Baptist Church of Orlando to pay their final respects.

Pine, 34, died in the line of duty early Tuesday morning.

Investigators say he was shot and killed in Windermere by suspected car burglar Benjamin Holtermann, who then killed himself.

Erica Pugh, Holtermann's girlfriend, is accused of being with Holtermann the night of the shooting.

She is charged with grand theft auto, aggravated assault and robbery.

After Saturday's funeral, Pine was taken to Woodlawn Cemetery in Gotha, where he was buried.

He leaves behind a wife and three kids.
