ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) -

Florida State University has confirmed to FOX 35 that the school has been in talks with the City of Orlando as a possible neutral site for a football game, beginning with the 2016 season.

It had been reported that the school was looking at Orlando and Atlanta as possible sites for neutral games in 2016 and 2018, respectively.

The likely venue would be the revamped Florida Citrus Bowl, which is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation.  Work on the Citrus Bowl is scheduled to be complete in November of this year.
