Snow emergencies declared in southeast Mich.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for all of southeast Michigan until 3 p.m. Wednesday.  The snowfall is expected to be heaviest between 6-9 a.m. and bring a fresh 4 to 8 inches.
