ATLANTA -

The mother of a young woman critically injured in an accident on Interstate 85 is making an emotional plea.

Joresa Critten remains in critical condition at Grady Memorial Hospital. Her family say the 22 year old was pushed from a moving car last Friday on the interstate highway near Sylvan Road.

Critten has surgery on her brain and several skin grafts over the past few days.

The family is asking for anyone who wants to come pray with the family for her recovery.

They have set up a fund at Wells Fargo to help pay for her medical expenses.

Critten's mother is asking anyone with information about the incident to call Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS.
