ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Authorities say no one was injured during a fire at a sorority house near the University of Michigan campus.

Officials say the fire early Tuesday was put out at the Alpha Gamma Delta house on Hill St. in Ann Arbor.

The American Red Cross is on the scene to assist residents. Officials say 63 students and one house mother will need temporary housing because of fire and smoke damage.

The fire department says the fire was reported in a room on the third floor of the house. The house also has smoke damage.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
