A hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. this morning between Union County Public Schools/the Board of Education and a group of 15 plaintiffs filing against the redistricting process has been canceled.

The hearing was for expedited discovery -- but the two sides have agreed to terms outside of court.

Documents originally requested will be provided by April 11.

A preliminary injunction hearing will follow around late April or early May.

Citizens for Adequate Public Schools, the group representing the 15 plaintiffs, said in a statement that "the court will be pleased with this cooperation."
