Hooded sweatshirts banned at Ohio high school

BEALLSVILLE, Ohio - Students who attend Beallsville High School in Ohio will no longer be allowed to wear hooded sweatshirts. 

The school adopted the new dress code Monday night.  Students will be allowed to wear them on the bus to and from school.  However, they will have to be removed upon arrival and stored in lockers. 

The school says 'safety' is the main reason for the ban.
