Video shows burglar standing over sleeping baby

The Harris CountySheriff's Office Safe Home Task Force is seeking help from the public to identifying a burglar whose image was captured on surveillance video as he walkedthrough a home and stared at an infant while the child was asleep.

The burglary was reported on Saturday, April 5 when deputies arrived to the home in the 18200block of Flint Hill Drive in west Harris County.

One of the residents told deputies that he was notified by a neighbor that his laptopcomputer and a briefcase were found in the neighbor's yard. He also stated that the items were in his home when he went to sleep thenight before.

The burglar also stole $60 in cash from a wallet.

HCSO describes the burglar as a Hispanic male between the ages of 16 and 18 years old who wore a New Era baseball cap with a San Antonio Spurs logo on the brim. He also has atattoo behind his right ear, possibly with Asian characters.
