PHILADELPHIA - We are looking at a fairly nice weekend ahead, however there could be some bumps in the road! We’ll get to that in a moment.

This weekend is great chance for you to explore all of the great things happening around the city. At midnight, we will experience comfortable temperatures in the mid-50's for the Philadelphia region.

By 6 am, we are looking at a 5:58 am sunrise with temperatures in the low 50's. By 10 am, temperatures will be in the low 60's. However we are expecting light showers by mid afternoon. Compared to what we had this week not a big deal. You can still enjoy the activities.

At the Philadelphia Zoo between 9 am-10 am, Dr. Mike Cirgliano will be at 10th Annual Philadelphia Tri-State Sjogren’s Walkabout and Autoimmune Disease Health Fair.

In Delaware County, Sue Serio will be hosting the Operation First Response “Walk for the Wounded & Warrior 5K Run” between 10am-12pm inside Rose Tree Park, 1501 North Providence. Philly fanatic will be there and there will be a car giveaway!

The Allergy Report does not look so great. The levels are in the medium-high range until next week.

The Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival is also happening. Each year, there are more than 5,000 who come to this event. They pack Walnut from broad and 19th street and 18th Street from Locust to Sansom.

The South Street Spring Festival from is noon until 6:00pm.It features food, fashion, and entertainment for all ages.

Down by the shore on Saturday we are looking at mostly cloudy morning, with temperatures rising to about 64 degrees by end of day. So take a light jacket.

By the end of the day temperatures in the Philadelphia will be at 71 degrees.

Heading into Sunday, the morning temperatures will be in the low to mid 50s with clouds around. For the Broad Street Run, expect partial sunny skies, cross winds and temps in the low 60s.

We should reach a high of 67 degrees in the city with partly sunny skies. There couple be a few pop-up afternoon and evening showers.

During the evening, our very own Jennifer Joyce will be participating in the Cherry Hill Education Foundation’s “Dancing with the Cherry Hill Stars.

An unsettled weather pattern is coming next week that includes many showers as we transition into may.
