Groomsmen Strip Down During Wedding Photoshoot To Save Fishman

Posted: Updated:

Palm Cove, Australia-Two groomsmen stole the show at an Australia wedding.

Joanne and Aaron Easterbrook were taking wedding photos at Palm Cove Beach when they noticed a fisherman's boat capsized.

That’s when two of the groomsmen stripped off their suits and jumped in the water to rescue the man in distress.

They successfully brought the man to shore and promptly continued with the photo shoot.

This time, in their underwear.

"It made it very entertaining for ourselves. It was pretty funny to watch, but also wasn't sure how serious it would be," said bride Joanne Easterbrook.

It was an unusual day for the photographer as well.

"Ran down and saved the day. They were running down the beach and as they were running down they were stripping off their clothes and jumped in the water and didn't even hesitate," said Threadless Films photographer Glenn Saggers. "It was just really interesting cause it was at a wedding so these kind of things don't normally happen."

Bride Joanne says the two groomsmen were the toast of the reception.
