NEW JERSEY (MYFOXNY.COM) - A drunken man found unconscious and bleeding on the bathroom floor of a convenience store in New Jersey was shot several times with a BB gun, Toms River Police said.

Apparently, the 34-year-old man had gone to his ex-girlfriend's home and passed out on her front lawn, police said. He woke up and took off when the woman's 18-year-old son began shooting him with a BB gun, police said. The man then somehow got to a Wawa on Route 37 East where he passed out.

A Toms River police officer found the bloodied man, who was treated for wounds to his forehead, face and shoulder, police said.

Cops then arrested Jacob Weightman, the ex's son, and charged him with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon, police said. He was released on $75,000 bail.
