Home Sweet Home! The group of Charlotte students are back in the Queen City.

This morning, the group marched to the General Assembly Legislative Offices with cap and gown chanting "One State, One Rate" and "What do we want? Tuition Equity."

About 50 other recent high school grads or high school students joined the walkers for an "Undocugraduation" outside the Legislative Offices.

Following the ceremony, the students visited their local representatives. They shared their personal stories and how in-state tuition for undocumented students would affect them.

The group met with Rep. Craig Horn and Charles Jeter. Both lawmakers say they support the cause, but do not see in-state tuition for undocumented students becoming law anytime soon.

If you want to follow future events and news from the group, follow The Latin American Coalition and United 4 The Dream.
