Chef Cooks With Fresh Herbs, Produce From Rooftop Garden

Posted: Updated:
ATLANTA -

Summer is the season of grilling. And one local chef gave Good Day Atlanta a lesson in one of the most stunning locations possible -- high above Atlanta!

Robert Gerstenecker is Executive Chef at Park 75/Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. Gerstenecker grew up on a farm in Ontario, and often picked the seasonal vegetables his family ate for dinner. He keeps that spirit alive now, using produce from local farms as well as from the hotel’s fresh herb and produce garden. Chef Gerstenecker enjoys cooking with the Big Green Egg, and decided to show Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken how it's done.
