Appearance Requests

If you would like a FOX 35 News Anchor or Reporter to speak to your group, emcee your program or appear at a community event, please send a written request at least 6 weeks in advance. FOX 35 staff can only accept requests from non-profits, schools and service clubs.

Community Calendar

The FOX 35 Community Calendar airs at various times through the day featuring events happening on the weekends in our viewing area. To have your non-profit organizat ion’s event considered for a listing:

Send the information via fax or mail, on the organizations letterhead at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Be sure to include who,what, when, where, cost, a brief description of the event and a phone number viewers can call for more information. You will also need to include a copy of the non-profit ’s IRS issued 5019 (c)(3), media contact name, phone number and address.

Your event must take place on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and must be relevant to our local audience in order for consideration. Events not fitting the station parameters will not be considered.

WOFL FOX 35 can not guarantee that your event will be selected for the calendar.

If your event is selected to air you will receive a phone call from a station representative confirming the information provided.

Orlando Matters

Orlando Matters is a locally produced public affairs program that presents the people, places, and issues that shape Central Florida and the Space Coast. The weekly program features News Anchor Keith Landry who looks at the area's problems and needs through intriguing discussion of topics important to the region.

Each program showcases a variety of guests who offer new information, solutions, and courses of action viewers can take in addressing content discussed on the programs.In new production year round, WRBW MY 65 Orlando has produced over 200 half hour programs dealing with a wide variety of issues affecting Central Florida. Orlando Matters airs on Saturdays at 7:00am on WRBW-MY 65.
